Schedule of Named Insured

In the Policy menu, click Schedule of Named Insureds.

Instances are automatically created for the primary Named Insured and primary Named Insured DBA entered on the Policy Information screen. The Name Type, FEIN, and Legal Entity are also transferred. For these instances, fields are read only. If changes are required for the primary Named Insured or primary Named Insured DBA, these must be made on the Policy Information screen.  The primary Named Insured is assigned Name 001, Con. Seq. 001.  The DBA is assigned Name 002, Con. Seq. 001.  Enter the State I.D. number, if applicable. 

 

The states of HI, ME, MN, NJ, and RI require state unemployment or tax payer identification numbers. To add:

  1. Click the arrow next to the Named Insured field.

  2. Under State ID Number, select a state from the list.

  3. Enter the applicable number.

 

To create instances for additional Named Insureds:

  1. On the Schedule of Named Insureds screen, click Add.

  2. Click the arrow next to the Named Insured field.

  3. Enter all applicable data.
