The main window displays two panes:
· The Recent Accounts pane defaults to the last twenty accounts the processor viewed or retained.
· The Recent Policies pane defaults to list the last twenty quotes or policies the processor viewed or retained.
Each transaction is marked with a transaction icon which indicates if the transaction is an Account, Policy, or Quote. Blue indicates an uncommitted status while red indicates a committed status.
Pinning forces commonly used accounts and policies to be continuously displayed on the recent pane for easy and quick access.
To pin an item:
Click the pin (circle) associated with the account or policy to be pinned. A star indicates that the item is now pinned. To unpin, simply click the star.
