The Account window is used to enter data for establishing a new account or edit data of an existing account. An account is required prior to creating a quote or policy.
The Account window includes a General tab in which the account information is recorded and a Policies tab displays all policies entered for that account.
To create a new account:
From Main Window (or the Account Window), click the new account button on the lower tool bar.
Enter data required to establish the account on the General tab.
Click Map It to optionally view an address as a street map or satellite image.
Click Save.
In the Save Account dialog box, enter, edit, or accept a unique account number.
To create a quote for the open account, click new quote on the lower tool bar.
